Haverstraw Place
 Haverstraw Place, an 89-unit housing complex, is nestled in the lower Hudson Valley along the banks of the scenic Hudson River in Rockland County and provides low-income housing with supportive care to seniors over the age of 55. The focus at Haverstraw Place is on maintaining self-reliance and enhancing each person’s sense of freedom and dignity.
The apartments offer residents all the conveniences of modern living coupled with programs provided by Aging in America Community Services. Several indoor and outdoor common areas create a sense of community offering locations for various activities and opportunities to socialize. A favorite among the residents is the serene and picturesque outdoor garden terrace providing views of the Hudson River.
The on-site Service Coordinator is available to assist residents with daily activities, accessing benefits, and coordinating services from government programs. The Service Coordinator is also available to plan outings and special events and to oversee the 24-hour, on-call maintenance staff.
