Home Care Services
 The nurses, aides and therapists of Morningside at Home, our Licensed Home Care Service Agency, as well as our Long Term Home Health Care Program, our Nursing Home Without Walls, are often the only connection some people have to the world around them.
Both programs offer frail, chronically ill, and isolated seniors, a chance to receive homemaking assistance, personal care, proper medical care and rehabilitation services in the comfort of their own home. However, it is the social interaction that can make the biggest difference; fortunately our staff often speaks their language, whether it is Spanish, Russian, Polish, Albanian, Ukrainian, English or another.
From performing a comprehensive assessment to developing a goal-oriented approach to care, our interdisciplinary team of health care professionals works with the patient and the family to ensure the needs of the individual will be met. Our focus is on improving the quality of life of the individual and working towards greater independence.
Those receiving care know they can depend on the staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
