Our compassionate and skilled staff provide care and services that include long term skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, Alzheimer and dementia care, home health services, social and medical model adult day health care, and an array of senior services including food pantries, senior centers, meal delivery, intergenerational programs, employment assistance and telephone reassurance, to name just a few. Our focus is on increasing self-esteem, self-reliance and enhancing each person's sense of freedom and dignity.
